National Family Law Pathways

Family Law Pathways Network

The Albury Wodonga Family Law Pathways Network is funded by the Australian Government through the Attorney General’s Department.

We are a network of organisations in the Albury Wodonga region who provide services to separating families.

Some examples include Family Relationship Services, the Hume Riverina Community Legal Service, Family Lawyers, Legal Aid, the Federal Circuit Court, Child Protection and Family Violence services.

UMFC auspices the Family Law Pathways Network Coordinator to facilitate the network. The Network Coordinator reports to the Albury Wodonga Family Law Pathways Network Steering Committee. The Steering Committee meets quarterly with the purpose of providing direction, support and development of the annual work plan.

The purpose of the Network is to assist Family Law service providers, through collaboration and strong relationships, to improve outcomes for families.

We aim to improve collaboration and coordination by:

Services Include:
  • promoting awareness of services,
  • conducting cross-sectoral training, and
  • providing opportunities for the Network members to interact and be informed about each others' roles.
